Dynamic B2B Internet Media company requires post-production skills for videos & podcasts.
You'll be taking recorded video/audio and managing the post production process before loading the completed content onto our website. Experience of working with Multimedia technologies and knowledge of editing and producing voice / audio files is a must. The role requires creative ability, computer skills, and artistic talent. You'll need the ability to work well with others and meet strict deadlines. Part time role (1-2 days per week), Farringdon based. |

We're looking for an ambitious individual to support our management team in business growth planning. Specifically you will provide support to address challenges and future goals of Knexus; research on future business and target market potential; help to draft up a 3 years business plan which encapsulates long term targets, estimates and forecasts.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying company challenges and objectives over the next 3 years
- Analysis of market into sectors and regions
- Research on potential customers - who, type and size
- Capturing data and come out with a summary of forecasts revenue and profit figures
- Highlighting the attractions of business
- Estimate the value of business and prospect for the investors
Skills required:

- Help manage existing customer relationships
- Help maintain and improve levels of customer satisfaction
- Capturing and reporting customer feedback and requirements
- Managing the license renewals process
- Co-ordinating regular customer communications
- Identifying/securing additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts
Skills required:
- A minimum 1 years work experience, including Account Management with blue chip client
- A strong understanding of/interest in digital marketing
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong commercial skills
- Outgoing personality to liase with customers
- A degree (min. 2:1)
Benefits Package:
£ 80-£ 100 per day (depending on existing experience)

We're looking for an ambitious individual to assist in delivering our digital marketing learning resources to customers across Europe. Specifically, you will support the product manager with the delivery of our programme of learning opportunities, including live webcasts, On Demand content (e.g. videos, podcasts) and offline peer group learning. The role includes liaising with partners to source content, delivering learning opportunities for customers, overseeing post production of videos and podcasts and working with our development team to improve customers’ online experience.
Responsibilities:
- Research to support the planning of learning opportunities for customers;
- Co-ordinating the schedule of learning opportunities with partners and customers;
- Ensuring the successful delivery of webcasts, forums & premium content;
- Writing marketing materials for learning opportunities (primarily for online but also email marketing campaigns);
- Assisting in the management and development of the Knexus website;
- First line customer support.
Skills required:
- An understanding of and interest in digital marketing e.g. search, social media, e-commerce;
- Good project management skills;
- Ability to work fast in a pressured environment;
- Willingness to act independently and take responsibility;
- A degree or current student;
- HTML skills (or willingness to learn)
