How can I make use of the resources provided by Knexus?

Can anybody become a customer?

Knexus learning resources are primarily for global 2000 companies. Our Gold & Platinum licenses are not available to digital marketing agencies, vendors or consultancies.

How do I log-in to Knexus?

If you are an existing Knexus customer, you will have a username and password providing you with online access. If you have forgotten your username and password go to the customer login and click 'forgotten username or password'.

How do I add colleagues to an existing license?

You can add new colleagues at any time. Just contact your Account Manager, or if you're unsure, contact a Customer Manager. You can also contact us directly at .

How do I renew my existing license?

Knexus will automatically send an invoice to each customer one month before the license is due for renewal. If you are a Platinum or Gold license holder, your dedicated Account Manager will also review any amendments or new requirements you may have moving forward.
