Knexus introduce virtual worlds & online monitoring/reputation management sub-modules The first is 'virtual worlds' which will explore the marketing opportunities for brands within destinations such as Second Life. The second sub-module looks in greater depth at online monitoring and reputation management. Mark Rogers, CEO at Market Sentinel, is an expert in Online Monitoring & Reputation Management, and will join Knexus Editorial Panel. He is joined by Peter Dunkley, CEO at Depo Consulting, who is an expert in Virtual Worlds. Asta Radziunaite, Knexus Assistant Product Manager commented 'these additions to the programme reflect the changing needs of our users. Online monitoring and reputation management are becoming key issues for brands as a result of web 2.0. Similarly, virtual worlds are a topic of intrigue and confusion in equal measure for brands, so we're looking to give users a better sense of the real opportunities and how to exploit them'. Each sub-module includes a number of live webcasts and other opportunities for Knexus users to develop learning and insights during the year. Virtual Worlds will fit within Knexus existing Online Brand module whilst Online Monitoring and Reputation Management goes into the Social Web module.
