Knexus Gold Forum provides fresh ideas to strategically improve business

Knexus latest offline peer group learning Forum took place in London (July 4). The Forum theme was improving online performance through a convergent approach to Customer Insight, Experience and Analytics. Participants were by invitation only and included marketers from brands such as Cadbury, Norwich Union, Royal Mail, Scottish Enterprise, Syngenta, Tourism Ireland and William Hill.

The agenda included insights from two of Knexus specialist industry experts. Marty Carroll (Foviance) addressed the core theme of a convergent approach using case studies from Dicovery Channel and Hertz. The second expert, Andrew Hood (Lynchpin) covered the latest techniques for measuring social media engagement and how to interpret the findings.

Participants then had the opportunity to join a ‘brands only’, roundtable discussion where they examined the afternoon’s themes in detail and discussed specific challenges relating to their own brands. Delegate feedback included ‘The forum clarified areas I was unsure of and introduced new ideas’, ‘Great insights into social media’ and ‘some excellent nuggets of good practice to take back home’. 100% of participants confirmed they’d generated new ideas from the forum.

The next offline peer group learning Forum for Gold users “Next Generation Advertising – Social Networks, User Generated Content, Blogs, Video, Podcasts, Broadband and Mobile” is scheduled to take place in London (October 2).
