Knexus is the sole owner of the information collected on the Knexus sites. Knexus may collect information from our users (hereafter referred to as users') at several different points on the Knexus sites.

Articles Posted & Comments

Users can post articles of interest and comments on Knexus sites. To do so, users must submit information including a valid email address. Knexus uses this information to identify and take action against users who post articles or comments prohibited by our terms and conditions of use, and will not pass this information to any other organization. Please note that Knexus sites are open to its customers and if you choose to disclose personally identifiable information you are consenting to its unrestricted distribution in a customer accessible forum throughout the Knexus network. 6. Cookies

Knexus sites may use cookies. A cookie is a small piece of information sent by web server to a web browser, which enables the server to collect information from the browser. We may use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the member's hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. 8. Third Party Advertising

Any ads appearing on Knexus sites are delivered to users by Google, among other services. Information about user's visits to Knexus sites, such as number of times they have viewed an ad (but not username, date of birth, or any other personal information), is used to serve ads to users on this site.

9. Log Files

Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. We may use a tracking utility that uses log files to analyze user movement.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, Knexus may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on any of the Knexus sites.

11. Change of business status

In the event Knexus goes through a change of business status such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of a portion of its assets, member's personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.

12. Links to Third Parties

The Knexus sites contain links to other sites that may collect personal information about you. Please be aware that Knexus is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Please note we will require your name, address, and a cheque for £10 payable to Knexus Ltd. to complete this process. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Knexus sites and do not register for any of the Services.
