It adheres to many open standards, features mature Web Services implementation, and has an extensive plug-in framework. Robust Security
Working with some of the world's leading brands, we understand how important security is to our customers. That's why K'nex-us was built from the ground up to be secure and we undertake regular security audits.
Knexus uses multiple types of network and server security. All traffic to the K'nex-us system uses HTTPS. Our servers are located at a high security data centre, built using a proven stack of open source software servers, protected by a Cisco firewall, and our routers and switches have filtering security tools. Our dedicated servers have pro-active DDOS protection built in and utilise Continuous Data Protection technology for ultra reliable data backups. We use a seperate database for each customer and integrate with your Single Sign-On (SSO) system using SAML or similar methods.
We are also able to adopt additional security requirements in accordance with your IT security policies, ensuring compliance through an audit process.
We utilise a process of continuous maintenance and improvement for the security of our software. We make sure that security is part of our standard software development practices, monitoring the latest security alerts and ensuring the right testing tools and practices are in place.
