Knexus AI platform enables brands to deliver the best and latest content (social, marketing & product) in real time, making it hyper relevant to drive customer decisions across owned digital channels (ecommerce, email, mobile app & chatbot).

Knexus works with global brands, primarily in the Retail, Telecoms & Insurance sectors, like AXA, Office Depot & Telefonica (O2).

We’re looking for a talented, ambitious Marketer to lead the promotion of Knexus for eMail, our latest product.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the lead generation targets agreed with the leadership team

  • Plan the program of marketing activities required to support Knexus acquisition targets

  • Develop and implement a content marketing program (incl. Blog, events, video, email & social content, white-papers, customer case studies and use cases)

  • Drive quality traffic to Knexus site through organic (primarily) & paid activities

  • Optimize Knexus presence and performance on priority social channels

  • Achieve best practice benchmarks for Knexus website, in terms of converting traffic to leads

  • Define and execute targeted email campaigns

  • Deliver and enhance Knexus own events and participation in partner and third party events

  • Define and execute account-based marketing plans to drive demand generation and pipeline within the most strategic accounts

  • Build co-marketing activities with Knexus partners

  • Ensure sales and customer success team have the latest and best collateral to support their objectives

  • Ensure streamline marketing operations with high quality outputs

  • Benchmark best practices and competition on a regular basis to inform planning and performance optimization

  • Deploy agile marketing approach based on access to strong data and a test, learn, grow methodology

  • Using KPI dashboard, report on a regular basis creative tactics to attract and retain customers and partners

  • Collaborating with Product Management to ensure clear, differentiated product positioning, and other internal stakeholders to ensure demand generation objectives are achieved ongoing

  • Clearly communicating issues and timelines, at appropriate levels of detail, to all relevant stakeholders

Skills Required

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Marketing role in a SaaS based B2B (or B2B2C) start-up or growing tech company, with accountabilities as above

  • Wordsmith; excellent written skills

  • Sharp analytical skills with ability to understand and consolidate customer and campaign data and insights into a clear marketing value proposition and strategy

  • Proven track record in lead generation from global brands in retail, telecoms or financial services

  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex technology product messages into customer facing content

  • Fluent English a must; European languages beneficial

  • Digital & tech savvy

  • Creative thinker with good presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to work independently in high pressure, fast growth environment

  • Tenacious, driven & ambitious
