Business Analyst (Full Time)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join us. We are looking for a talented, ambitious and self-motivated person with business analysis and research capabilities to work directly with clients under the supervision of a Director. The role includes producing reports and recommendations together with client presentations. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required, combined with an analytical mind, strong writing and presentation skills.

The role involves:

• Strategic business research and analysis
• Development of research and analysis documents from specific customer requirements
• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning for the company
• Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data, and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
• Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required, and present findings of studies
• Present ad hoc reports in support of various initiatives, both internal and external to the Company

An ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Knowledge and appreciation of business concepts and requirements
• Knowledge and understanding of business research principles, processes, and techniques
• Ability to develop and prepare business analyses and plans
• Knowledge in building surveys and interpretation of statistical data
• Have demonstrated personal attributes such as openness to change, use of creative approaches to problem solving, and being a team player
