The following is a step-by-step guide to using Knexions, the leading secure, online network for knowledge and ideas, rapidly & efficiently connecting corporate executives across Europe to solve shared business challenges.

You can use Knexions in three ways:

1. Start-a-Knexion

• You can start a Knexion at any time according to your requirements. The service can save you significant time, by quickly linking you to like-minded executives, as well as save you money, eliminating the costs of consultants.
• If you want to find peer group executives to help you test or benchmark investment decisions, as well as generate new ideas , you can launch a ‘Start-A-Knexion’.
• Start-A-Knexion sets out your specific requirements for peer group executives to review and express an interest in participating.
• When you click on the Start-a-Knexion button, you’ll be taken to a short form to complete information on your proposed Knexion and who you would like to meet. Please enter as much specific information as possible to help target the most relevant people.
• Your form is then submitted to Knexus Community, where a Customer Management representative will contact you to verify your Knexion within 48 hours. Your Knexion will not be posted on www.knexusgroup.com until we’ve contacted you.
• Matching your requirements – once your Knexion is posted & live, we will:
 
  1. Begin targeted activities to attract companies/executives that fit with your preferences.
  2. Receive and review all expressions of interest on your behalf and provide a report directly to you.
  3. Make an email introduction between you and the other parties. You can then decide how best to take forwared the introduction eg: a face-to-face meeting, video conference or telephone call.
The nature of your Knexions interactions are entirely up-to you e.g. via phone, video-conferencing, face-to-face.
If you need support in organising your interactions, Knexus can also provide support services for a Knexion e.g. structuring an agenda, facilitating meetings, producing benchmarking reports or other outputs. These additional services are provided by Knexus Services and would incur an additional charge.

2. Join-a-Knexion

• You can search through live Knexions using a range of search criteria to identify emerging Business issues and topics that other major European and global companies are tackling to gain insight to the business initiatives of companies you respect.
• You can then opt to Join-a-Knexion in order to participate with the company that started the Knexion. Join-a-Knexion at any time.
• When you click on the Join-a-Knexion button, you’ll be taken to a short form that verifies your contact details and allows for any comments.
• Your form is submitted to Knexus Community, where a Customer Management representative will share your interest with the company that started this Knexion and contact you shortly with proposed next steps.
