Knexus DPEPS community coming soon…
We will shortly be providing you with details of a new corporate community that Knexus will be launching in the near future. The community is focused on Data Protection, Ethics, Privacy and Security issues, both physical & electronic, and will be known as Knexus DPEPS.

The community will be primarily focused on business issues associated with compliance/risk of non-compliance e.g. brand, reputation, culture etc. The community plans to address these issues both from a pan-European & global perspective.

The good news is that corporate members of Knexus Digital Business will have the opportunity to participate in, and benefit from, this new community at no additional cost for one year.

We’ll be providing more information on the DPEPS community and how to get involved in the next few weeks.

BAT plc – Turning Strategy into Action

A well thought out business (eBusiness) strategy is worthless if it is not effectively adopted within an organisation. Case studies abound of companies with great strategies which have failed due to their inability to execute. In a business environment where rapid change is pervasive, and many global businesses function with a federated governance structure, attempting to successfully communicate & execute a single strategy is a major challenge.

Knexus will be tackling this issue with the help of British American Tobacco, who have employed mechanisms, processes and a governance structure that they believe will help them successfully deliver the strategic vision.

If turning business strategy into action is a focus for you, please join us and share your experience and ideas.

MEMBER COMPANIES ATTENDING INCLUDE

AXA PPP, British Library, Britvic, Cadbury Schweppes, Coca – Cola Enterprises Ltd, Diageo, Invesco, Marsh, Nestlé UK Ltd, Royal Mail Group, Sony, Standard Chartered Bank

Honda’s new customer relationship strategy – Artificial Intelligence tool drives improvements

Automotive manufacturers selling vehicles in Europe face one of the most highly competitive and challenging marketplaces imaginable. Here, the titans from the US and Far East converge to challenge their remaining European counterparts head-on. There is little room for failure and none for the faint-hearted.

Honda, which is a major global brand, has a relatively modest foothold in Europe, particularly compared to the US and Japan. The company has a strong product line-up but weak dealer network and marketing spend, when compared to its competitors. To help improve this situation, Honda has embarked on a major programme to reposition its brand and put in place a new, pan-European customer relationship strategy. Central to this new strategy is IT, with the Internet viewed as a key channel through which to attract and recruit new customers and an effective means by which prospects and customers can identify themselves directly to Honda before purchasing the vehicle.

Join us to get an insiders view on how Honda are tackling this strategic marketing initiative.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This event is likely to be of particular interest to:

* pan-European Marketing Directors/Managers
* customer relationship managers, sales Directors/Managers
* New Media, eBusiness and Digital Business professionals
