Topic
Our crisis management workshop will help participants address how best to maintain business continuity and respond to a data protection and privacy related crisis scenarios affecting their company. The participants will work through a real-life crisis management scenario – which has been developed specifically for this workshop and reflects real-life conditions. The workshop will assist participants to share experience and knowledge on the best course of action, enabling the development of appropriate contingency plans and policies.

The proceedings will be professionally facilitated by members of the Knexus team.

Objectives
The workshop’s objectives are to help our members, who are senior executives from a cross section of major international companies, to benchmark their existing DPEPS plans to respond to a crisis. There will also be the potential to gain new ideas and identify opportunities for collaboration between members.

Format
Knexus has built a reputation over the past five years for providing a secure, exclusive and trusted environment for senior executives to meet and share issues and ideas. This workshop will take place behind closed doors, with participation restricted to executives from member companies (corporates only – no vendors, external lawyers, consultants or media).

The workshop format is designed to encourage member participation and to drive high quality outputs for attendees. To achieve this, delegates will be asked to work in teams to tackle and resolve business scenarios dealing with data protection and security.
