This is an opportunity for you to spend two hours with a select group of eLearning executives to network with your peers about the eLearning issues and challenges.
With more corporates handing over the responsibility to their employees to educate and develop themselves and gain the necessary skills and qualifications to further their careers, eLearning systems are becoming increasingly important.
This activity will be an unstructured and unmoderated networking lunch to allow you to meet key eLearning executives from within Kenxus Community.
The lunch will be hosted by Marsh, who is seen as a thought leader in the eLearning arena. Marsh has taken a leadership position in embracing eLearning, having implemented a system in September 2002 called LearningConnect. Through a blended approach, employees from Marsh can access library items, such as books and CDs, book up face to face or online courses and check their progress towards compliance.
Since it was launched, Marsh has seen 85 per cent of colleagues access the eLearning system once, with 30 per cent of these going back each month to further their education and skills and continues to realise business benefits for its employees.
If you are involved in eLearning, are considering implementing an eLearning or are looking to improve on the performance of your current investment, make sure that you register to come along. If you want to improve the skill set of your employees and drive learning throughout your enterprise in a more cost-effective manner, this is a networking opportunity you cannot afford to miss.
