EVENT:
26 February 2003 – Member Summit
Honda’s New Customer Relationship Strategy
Honda
has embarked on a major programme to reposition its brand and put
in place a new, pan-European customer relationship strategy. Central
to this new strategy is IT, with the Internet viewed as a key channel
through which to attract and recruit new customers and an effective
means by which prospects and customers can identify themselves directly
to Honda before purchasing a vehicle.
Honda have developed an interactive web tool that they believe can
help them get closer to the end users of their product and better
communicate the Honda brand proposition.
Honda have agreed to share – with our members – the inside line
on their plans and approach.
There will be plenty of time set aside for Q&A; and discussions between
member companies joining us.
If you’re a: pan-European Marketing Director or Manager;
Customer Relationship manager; Sales Director or Manager
or eBusiness Director…
…this is a great opportunity to meet some interesting people from
peer group companies, generate new ideas and improve your understanding.

EVENT:
19 March 2003 – Elevator
Managing your Project Portfolio to Deliver
on the Strategic Vision
How do you ensure your investment
in projects is delivering the maximum value for your business and
providing the highest probability of achieving your strategic objectives?
Is your company undertaking the right mix of projects, in terms
of delivering core infrastructure, new products and channels etc?
These questions are not new, but some of the thinking on how to
manage diverse project portfolios to meet strategic objectives is.
Our Elevator event brings together a cross-industry group of senior
management (members) to assess the processes and techniques required
to successfully undertake portfolio management and how to overcome
organisational barriers.
Standard Chartered will set the scene for the discussions with a
short case study to explain their approach, demonstrating the tools
and methods they have used to visualise and analyse their overall
project portfolio. Thereafter, there will be an open, round table
discussion.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This event is likely to be of particular interest to: senior
management in Strategy or Finance; corporate project /
